The Missing Pieces

October 20, 20235 min read

“Turning dreams into reality takes more than just hope or wishful thinking. ”

I'm all about dreaming—I mean, I'm a Pisces, after all. But here's the truth: turning dreams into reality takes more than just hope or wishful thinking. You've probably heard the advice to "dream it, visualize it, and then let it go, leaving it to the Universe." But let's be honest, no one really tells you what to do next after you've let go. Do you just wait around for some mysterious inspiration to strike someday? If that's your plan, you might find yourself waiting forever.

Missing Pieces

I've been there too. I've invested tens of thousands of dollars (shh, don't tell my hubby) to gain insights, training from successful people, books, and more, and guess what? Nothing changed. They all preached the same stuff: get rid of limiting beliefs, dream it and let it go, practice affirmations, think positively, yada yada. Sound familiar? Has any of this ever worked for you? If it has, that's fantastic—I'm truly happy for you. But for me, and I suspect for many of you out there, all that stuff didn't cut it. Maybe we didn't put in enough effort, maybe we skipped steps, or maybe we gave it our all and still got nowhere.

For me, it was time to take a step back. I needed to examine each piece of the puzzle that others were teaching and figure out what resonated and what didn't. So, since 2015, I started creating, tweaking, testing, and actually getting results. I knew I was onto something big, and I couldn't keep it to myself.

Now, I know what you're thinking—there are tons of programs out there that might sound similar. You've probably tried several and are understandably skeptical about trying yet another one. Believe me, I get it. I was there too. It's frustrating to shell out so much money with zero results and, even worse, zero real support.

But here's the scoop: this one is genuinely different.

  • No focus on limitiing beliefs: We're not fixated on eliminating limiting beliefs because we believe that focusing on them only makes them grow.

  • No Vision Boards Collecting Dust: We're not going to have you create vision boards that end up collecting dust in your closet. Instead, we help you craft a blueprint that's practical, portable, and meant to be used in your daily life.

  • No more wishing and hoping: We're not going to ask you to simply visualize and then sit around waiting for the Universe to deliver your dreams. We teach you how to activate your dreams (with D.R.E.A.M. Activators) so you can start living the life you love right now, instead of waiting for "someday."

There are no frantic, aggressive actions, no chasing, and definitely no feeling like a hamster on a never-ending wheel.

It all begins with discovering what you truly want, but not in the typical way you might be used to. It's not about flipping through magazines or browsing online for images of your dreams and pasting them to a board or saving them in Pinterest (although I do love Pinterest). Instead, it's a deeply personal and introspective journey that empowers you to step off that hamster wheel of wishing and hoping. It's time to take control of your dreams and start living them.

Here are some steps to help you dig deeper and gain a clearer understanding of your desires and dreams:

Self-Reflection:

Set aside dedicated time for self-reflection. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can think without distractions.

  • Journaling can be a powerful tool for self-reflection. Write down your thoughts, feelings, and ideas as they come to you. Ask yourself open-ended questions like, "What makes me happy?" or "What am I passionate about?"

Identify Your Values:

Consider your core values. What principles are most important to you? Your dreams and desires are often connected to your values. For example, if you value creativity, you may dream of a career in the arts.

  • Make a list of your top values and reflect on how they align with your current life and aspirations.

Explore Your Interests:

Think about your hobbies, interests, and activities that bring you joy. What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

  • Sometimes, our passions and dreams can be found in our hobbies. Explore new activities and interests to see if anything resonates with you.

  • Is there something you do that when you do it you lose all track of time. This could be the key to pointing you to your dreams.

Envision Your Ideal Life:

Imagine your ideal life without limitations. If you had unlimited time and money, what would you do? Where would you go? Who would you spend time with?

  • Write a detailed description of this ideal life to help clarify your dreams.

Seek Inspiration:

Read books, watch documentaries, and talk to people who have pursued their passions and dreams. Hearing about others' journeys can provide insight into your own desires.

  • Attend workshops, seminars, or conferences related to areas that interest you to gain more exposure and insights.

Take Small Steps:

Start taking small steps toward exploring your interests and dreams. Experiment with new activities, courses, or volunteer work to gain experience and insight.

  • Remember that discovering your true desires can be an ongoing process, and it's okay to adjust your goals as you learn more about yourself.

Stay Open-Minded:

Be open to change and adaptability. As you learn more about yourself, your dreams may evolve. Embrace these changes as opportunities for growth.

Seek Support:

Share your journey with supportive friends, family members, or mentors who can offer guidance, encouragement, and feedback.

Remember that self-discovery is a personal and ongoing process. It's perfectly normal for your dreams and desires to change over time. The key is to stay connected with yourself, be patient, and keep exploring new aspects of your life until you find what truly resonates with you.
